Caridon Property won the Commitment to the Community award at the 2018 Croydon Business Excellence Awards in recognition for the above and beyond work it undertakes to support its tenants, such as applying for funding on their behalf, helping with household necessities, and working with local employers and colleges to provide further developmental opportunities for tenants. The company is passionate about supporting vulnerable and homeless people and adding tangible value to the communities in which it operates.
